Solov’eva Angelina Valentinovna, born in
14.07.2004, residing at the address: Zakarpattya region, Uzhgorod, Grushevskogo St.
33, app. 10, has been in the in-patient treatment at the department of
intensive chemotherapy of the Center
of Children’s Hematology
and BMT from 01.06.2010 to present time.
Diagnosis: Acute
lymphoblast leukemia. L2 FAB. “Common” variant. BCR-ABL-positive. High risk
group.
First
acute period. (C.91.0)
The diagnosis was established based on:
Clinical picture, cytomprhological, immunocytological,
cytochemical examination of marrow aspirate, biochemical examination of liquor,
cytomprhological examination of cerebrospinal fluid, molecular-genetic
examination of marrow.
From 02.06.2010, the patient receives the
therapy according to the protocol:
ALL IC-BFM 2002 – I Protocol.
At the 8th day (09.06.10) –
blasts in the peripheral blood less than 1000/μL.
At the 15th day (21.06.10) –
blast elements in the marrow 1.6% (M1 status).
According to data of the molecular-genetic
examination of 22.06.10 – detection of t(9;22) transcript BCR-ABL.
Risk group – high. Sibling is absent.
Potentially, within extent of the
underlying disease treatment, the patient will require allogenic
transplantation of stem hemopoietic cells (allo-TSHC) from an unrelated donor.
This technology is not performed in Ukraine.
